For Terminal 2 arrivals (low-cost carriers), we meet you at the designated pickup point. We track your flight in real time, so even if you land early or late, your driver is there when you walk out.
We monitor every inbound flight automatically. If your arrival is delayed, your driver’s pickup is adjusted at no extra cost. We include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands, which covers baggage claim and passport control even during peak EES queues at LIS.
The price you see at booking covers your transfer. Tolls, airport parking, fuel, luggage assistance, and VAT are included. An additional fee applies for meet & greet service (chauffeur pickup with name sign at arrivals), shown clearly before you confirm. A night surcharge may also apply for pickups between 22:00 and 06:00.
Yes. Our standard fleet covers 1–7 passengers with the Mercedes E-Class, V-Class, and S-Class. For larger groups up to 19 passengers, we operate executive minibuses with full luggage capacity. Child seats, booster seats, and infant carriers are available upon request (additional charges apply) — just let us know ages and weights at booking.
